Simulation is an important part of Pre-Hospital care training. We have also developed simulation within Neurosurgery. The Royal College of Surgeons in London and Imperial College (Roger Kneebone, David Baxter, Claudia  Craven) have helped develop this novel way of training and with London’s Air Ambulance, we have demonstrated this at the Big Bang festival (Excel), the Neurosciences Street Fair (Barbican) and at the TedMed Conference at the Royal Geographical Society.
